Q: What is the official language of the Forum? Will interpretation be provided?

A: The Forum will be held in Turkish, English, and French. Simultaneous interpretation in these three languages will be provided throughout all sessions to ensure that participants can follow the program without any language barriers.

Q: Will there be support for visas or invitation letters?

A: International participants are responsible for checking visa requirements and completing their own applications. In necessary cases, the organizers may provide official invitation letters or supporting documents; however, the responsibility for the visa process remains with the participant.

Q: What does the event program include?

A: The TABEF 2025 program will take place over two days, including business matchmaking meetings (B2B and B2G), thematic panels, project presentations, and a trade exhibition area. Participants will have the chance to network and attend sectoral sessions.

Q: Is there a participation fee for TABEF?

A: After completing your registration, you will be able to schedule B2B (business-to-business) or B2G (business-to-government) meetings with other participants via the online platform provided by the organizing team. Prior to the Forum, you will receive detailed instructions on the matchmaking and meeting arrangements.

Q: How should I arrange accommodation and transportation?

A: Forum participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transportation. Recommended hotel options and discounted rates will be shared with registered participants.
