Purchasing Delegation Programme

Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye is organizing the purchasing delegation program for TABEF 2023 with the objective of developing business linkages between African and Turkish companies for mutual benefit.

The company executives may apply for purchasing delegation program through Turkish Commercial Offices & Embassies in their countries and online registration.

  • The delegation program is exclusive to African attendees only. Delegates must be from outside of Türkiye.
  • Delegates must be business professionals (expectedly decision makers) affiliated with all sectors.
  • Complimentary Hotel Stay: Upon registration approval by the Commercial Offices, your complimentary accommodation for 3 nights (Check-in: 11 October Wednesday, Check-out: 14 October Saturday) will be arranged at a hotel nearby the Forum venue.
  • B2B Meetings: All delegates must attend 2 day-B2B meetings where there will be a designated meeting table for each delegate within the country group. Interpreters will be available to assist during business matching sessions.
  • Transfer: Shuttle service will be arranged from hotel to event venue as well as airport transfer.
